Important Instructions

• Read the examination notice carefully in both Hindi and English; in case of dispute, the English version will be final.
• Submit the application before the last date to avoid server issues due to heavy traffic.
• Candidates must create a new OTR on the new SSC portal (ssc.gov.in);
  Old OTRs from ssc.nic.in are not valid.
• After creating the new OTR, candidates can fill the online form.
  The new OTR will be valid for all future exams on the new SSC site.
• Applications are provisional; documents will be verified during the DME by CAPFs.
  Any mismatch in eligibility claims will lead to cancellation of candidature.
• Candidates claiming reservation (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ESM, etc.) must ensure they possess valid certificates in the prescribed format.
• SC/ST/OBC candidates who have migrated to another state must choose:

o    Reservation from state of origin, or

o    Apply as UR (Unreserved) from the migrated state.
This choice cannot be changed later.

• If opting for reservation from the state of origin, candidates must:

o    Provide details of both current domicile and origin, and

o    Produce a valid caste certificate from the origin state.
